We are a fee-for-service provider, which means that payment is due at the time of each service and collected at the end of every appointment. We do not participate with any dental/medical insurance plans and are considered an out-of-network provider. However, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits from your insurance carrier based on your plan. Call or email our treatment coordinator, Ela, with any insurance questions and she will guide you through the process.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Cherry interest-free payment plans, and in certain situations, we can arrange direct, custom patient-to-office payment plans.
